In this online workshop we will: 

• Learn how to get rid of  the “Inner Saboteur” and transform it into an “Inner Cheerleader”. 

• We will uncover where does the negative voice (Or voices!) in your head come from, why they have so much power in our unconscious (which dictates 85% of our actions!) and why most women struggle with those voices 3 times harder than men.

• We will see which parts correspond to dysfunctional family patterns, which parts correspond to outdated beliefs carried through generations, and which parts come from trauma.

Then I will guide you through 2 very specific methods to rewire your brain: we will transform the negative messages into positive ones. The voice will no longer be an enemy, but an ally that encourages you to activate and get the life that you want! There will be time for one-on one questions and follow up after the Workshop!
